We are looking to hire Independent Freight Broker for US Logistics Process. It will be Permanent Work from Home role.
We are offering commission up to 70% with no capping
Role and Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to add new clients (shippers) into company portfolio.
- Serve the existing clients to generate recurring business and maintain relation.
- Closing on rate quotes with customers.
- Identifying and negotiating rates as per load to the careers.
- Ensure paperwork is completed as per standard compliance.
- Coordinating with shipper, career and dispatched since booking of load to delivery.
- Follow-up with internal team form invoice to payment disbursal form the client.
- Maintaining accurate data sets on share point.
- Continuous follow-up with prospects as per given timeline.
- Ensure to maintain standard quality parameters.
Required Qualification and Skillset:
- Any graduate or undergraduate.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in US logistics process as freight broker
- Candidate must have good verbal & written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & internet browsing)
- Well managed and self-motivated.
- Willing to work in US shift timings.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and client parallelly.
- Willing to learn and ready to take direction with ease.
- Candidate must have knowledge of internet research.
