Job Description :
To identify the monthly requirement of existing customers
To procure Purchase Orders from customers
To update customers about the progress of their projects
To coordinate with manufacturing team and seek update on the projects under manufacturing.
To seek clarification, if any, from customers for smooth manufacturing of the project.
To ensure timely delivery of material to the customer.
To collect payments from existing customers as per terms and conditions of the purchase order.
To ensure total customer satisfaction.
To seek new business from the existing customers.
To prepare sales and MIS reports.
To assist senior sales and business development staff with quotations, collection and delivery of samples, preparations of reports and replying to the customers and prospects.
