Qualifications and requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Counseling, or related fields
- Experience in hostel management or working with children and teenagers
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of child psychology and ability to handle challenging situations
- Ability to reside on campus premises
- Proficiency in English language
