Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop a deep level of understanding and knowledge of the entire product and processes • Address queries regarding the product and service in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
  • Support the customer during their journeys
  • Meet response time for queries in support
  • Interact with internal and external teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues • Drive customer retention by delivering extraordinary experience
  • Understand pain points of customers and communicate effective solutions to improve overall health & wellbeing.

Experience and Qualifications :

  • Freshers Or At least 6 months of experience in customer service/support on voice call
  • Good command of English & Hindi

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

  • Morning shift
