Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep level of understanding and knowledge of the entire product and processes • Address queries regarding the product and service in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
- Support the customer during their journeys
- Meet response time for queries in support
- Interact with internal and external teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues • Drive customer retention by delivering extraordinary experience
- Understand pain points of customers and communicate effective solutions to improve overall health & wellbeing.
Experience and Qualifications :
- Freshers Or At least 6 months of experience in customer service/support on voice call
- Good command of English & Hindi

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
