· New Dealers Development / Channel Management ,
· Follow the guidelines given by the superiors
· Client Relationship Management ,
· Time Management – Maintaining office working Hrs , Timely moving in the market & proper utilization of official working hours ,
· Maintaining proper discipline in term of Positivity , Hard work & Integrity in office premises & in the market ,
· Timely submission of
1. Weekly Pre Journey Plan ( PJP ) @ prior approval from Senior and post on Saturday or Sunday,
2. Daily Sales Report ( DSR ) @ when in the market ,
3. Daily Follow Up Report ( DFR ) @ Min . thrice a day ,
· Lead Generation from the market & follow up for Execution to take the party on board ,
· Extra Promotional Activities like -

# SUB DEALER’S MEET – as per requirement
Keeping a track afterwards
· Branding & POP material distribution ,
· Timely submission of Fortnightly Travelling bills ( if travelled )
