Note:- Candidate need to have his own laptop and atleast 2-3 years of relevant work experience required. You have attend meeting with the director of the company once or twice a week after 8 p.m as and when required.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tours & Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Tours & Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing international student recruitment tours for universities and colleges. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team, as well as our network of high schools and counselors, to ensure the successful implementation of recruitment tours in multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand client requirements and tour objectives.
Research and identify potential high schools, colleges, and counselors for recruitment events in designated regions.
Develop tour itineraries, including travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and venues for student interactions and networking sessions.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transportation providers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth tour logistics.
Manage budgeting and cost control for each tour, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of atleast 2-3 years in event planning, coordination, or related roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of international student recruitment processes and the education sector is a plus.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
